Family from South Korea in Canada. IRCC rejected their application for permanent residence on humanitarian and compassionate grounds. On appeal to the Federal Court, we successfully argued that the application had been refused due to the incompetence of former counsel who had failed to file key documents, and the H&C application was reconsidered.
